• Fixed and Growth Mindset Conversion: Why should you have a Growth Mindset over a Fixed Mindset beyond the age of 40? I ask the question, “are you Living or just Existing?”

• Denouncing Ageism: Ageism in the workplace is divisive, and we believe that ALL ages should be able to work as long as they can and want to. I ask the question “why not?”

• Denouncing Hate: Hate has no place ever, but I see and hear about it all the time. “Why do we hate?” “What purpose does it serve?” These are the questions I ask and want people to think about.

• Denouncing Sexism: I believe opportunities should be open and available to everyone regardless of their Sex. I ask the question, “why not that man or woman?”

• Mindset and Cash Flow: Heading towards retirement? While I am not a financial advisor, I am passionate about bringing awareness to avoid poverty in retirement. My own adopted philosophy of becoming bad debt free in your 40's and 50's is a strategy I have personally implemented, making it easier to save and invest for a comfortable retirement. I ask the question, “how would that feel?”
